Fixed: Auto Profile errors

Corrected profile-based Auto source handling so that failed lookups are no longer counted or
returned as valid results. Auto profiles now cleanly distinguish genuine results from errors,
improving result accuracy and DVU reporting for pipelines using Auto source selection.
