Fixed: Auto Source Billing & Auto Date Range

Two new fixes have been released to our production platform.
- Auto Sources may have experienced intermittent issues where Auto source sub-vendors mis-classified individual billing metrics. This has been resolved to prevent confusion on billing metrics and projections.
- Some data sources created excessive work items when searching for specific date ranges with some providers. This has been resolved, further optimizing the cost effectiveness of data usage by Jobs.
