Searches the documents in Searchable Storage with an Apache Lucene query over the data sources you name. Returns matching documents in the Unify Schema, the total, and a search_after value for the next page. With no dates set, the search covers everything in the index.

This parameter creates and caches a pointer to the results of the query for the specified duration (in seconds)
specified. This pointer prevents new data from entering the results of the query containing duplicates or gaps in
paging. It also has the effect of improving performance while paging through query results.
