Volume Alerts with Document Inspector

Alerts provide the ability to get notified when the volume of documents in a Dynamic Pipeline goes at a certain threshold, allowing you to monitor the volume and be always aware of how many documents are going through. This allows constant monitoring of the pipelines without having to actively monitor them.

This feature is part of the Document Inspector component and the thresholds can be customized.

Setting an Alert

While editing a Dynamic Pipeline, in the Document Inspector component there should be a bell icon for Alerts. This should prompt the interface with the Alerts.

Click in "New alert" button, then fill the fields:

  • Name: is mandatory and can be any String.
  • Interval: this field defines the frequency of how many times the pipeline will be checked if any threshold has been met.
  • Min Value & Max Value: should an Integer Number. These fields define the threshold that will trigger an alert.
  • Emails: is mandatory and multiple emails can be set for the same alert.
