Does a "success" count mean the enrichment field is on every document?

Not necessarily. An enrichment component's success counter means the document was processed by the component. It does not guarantee that an output field was written to every document. A model can legitimately process a document and produce no output for it (for example, when the input doesn't meet the model's criteria).

To confirm an enrichment actually landed:

• Inspect documents after the enrichment step in the Document Inspector and check for the expected output field (for example, enrichment.completion_response).
• Compare a document that has the field with one that doesn't to see what input difference caused it.
• If output is missing on documents you expect it on, contact support with sample document IDs (one with the field, one without) and the pipeline ID and version.
