Direct Integrations Pricing

📘

This page covers pricing for pipelines built on Direct Integrations. If you are using Data Streams, see How Data Streams are Priced.

Overview

Direct Integrations use usage-based pricing measured in DVUs (Data Volume Units). The formula is the same as for Data Streams:

(DVUs used) x (DVU price) = Cost

However, DVU rates for Direct Integrations are calculated per component, using each provider's native pricing metric (documents, records, tokens, kilobytes, etc.) converted to DVUs.

Platform Fee

A Standard account requires a minimum Platform Fee commitment. This is separate from data source and enrichment costs. Contact your account manager for details.

Per-Component DVU Rates

Each Direct Integration has its own DVU conversion rate based on the provider's native metric. The table below lists approximate conversion rates.

These rates are approximate. Actual billing reflects the terms in your usage agreement.

Committed Usage Discounts (Commits)

Commits are available for Direct Integrations. Unlike Data Streams, where a single commit applies across all sources, Direct Integration commits are per data source. You purchase separate commits for each provider or data source you want to discount.

For example, you would set a commit for Socialgist separately from a commit for Brightdata.

Billing Cycle

Billing runs on the first of each month and covers usage from the prior month plus any new commits for the current month. Changes to commits require advance notice before the start of a new billing cycle.

Estimating Usage

Use the Cost Estimation Calculator in Portal to project costs based on expected volumes for each component. For third-party volume estimates by provider, see Estimating External Data Volumes.
